The Spa provided the most relaxing massages in an open and natural atmosphere with the beauty of nature sound effects in the background. From the moment we arrive at the airport we were greeted by our amazing driver/guide Lilimo and our amazing personal assistant Karina, with champagne and snacks. Special thanks to our amazing guide, Lolimo. His deep knowledge, and ability to find wildlife made every drive magical. And special thanks to Karina who ensured ever detail was perfect and every request made possible. Our suite was refreshed daily with thoughtful touches thanks to the wonderful cleaning team, whose quiet care made every return feel like a warm embrace. Security ensured we always felt safe. Chef David and his team made every dish memorable, and his cooking class was amazing. The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara is the perfect place to stay, a sanctuary of adventure, comfort, and purpose.
